Shipping Policy

Every Za & Zo piece is made for little adventures, and we take just as much care in getting it from our hands to yours safely and as quickly as possible.

We’re so excited to pack and send your Za & Zo pieces to you.

Processing Time

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Within Australia

We offer simple flat-rate shipping across Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: $10
  • Express Shipping: $15

All orders are shipped with Australia Post and include tracking.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard: 2–6 business days
  • Express: 1–3 business days (depending on location)

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary during peak periods or public holidays.

Order Changes

Once your order has been placed, we begin processing it quickly to get it out to you as soon as possible.

If you need to make a change, please email us at info@zaandzo.com.au as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout.

We are unable to take responsibility for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the care of Australia Post.

If your parcel is delayed or appears missing, please reach out to us at info@zaandzo.com.au and we will do our best to assist you in tracking it down.
