We hope you love your Za & Zo pieces as much as we loved creating them. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached
- Items must not be marked, stained, or damaged
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Once your return is received and approved, we will issue:
- a store credit, or
- an exchange (subject to stock availability)
At this stage, Za & Zo does not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We understand little ones grow quickly.
If your requested size is available, we’ll happily organise an exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

info@zaandzo.com.au with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take great care in quality checking every order. However, if you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
If approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Sale Items
Sale, promotional, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Return Processing Time
Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once received.
Return Address
Return instructions and the return address will be provided via email once your return request has been approved.
